  • Battery: The battery comes with a one - year free warranty. Under normal usage conditions, if the battery experiences premature capacity attenuation (less than 60% of the rated capacity) or other quality problems during the free - warranty period, we will provide free repair, replacement, or corresponding compensation according to the specific situation. Warranty Conditions

The warranty service is only applicable to e - bike conversion kits purchased from our independent website.

Customers are required to provide valid purchase vouchers, such as order screenshots, invoices, etc.

The product must malfunction under normal usage and maintenance conditions.
