Varstrom Delivery Time
Once we receive order, we will process the ordered and send the products to the customer from the nearest warehouse in 24 hours. Depending on the distance of the region from the shipping warehouse, the express time may take 6 to 8 days. The following table shows 95% of our order delivery schedule for reference.

Shipping Tracking
Once the product is shipped from the warehouse, the system will automatically send a tracking number to customer, you can use it to check where is the package. If customers cannot find their tracking number, please find us through the contact information and we will help you find where the products are.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our motor kits and batteries require signature confirmation for delivery. If delivery is refused, shipping costs are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted (this will be withheld from any refund).
For returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns of products over $50, we recommend that you use shipping service can be tracked or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We can only guarantee delivery of purchases when there are no changes or modifications during shipment. Any purchases made from our company in which a customer decides on their own accord to make any modifications directly with the shipping company (FedEx or USPS) during shipment (including but not limited to; delivery address changes, hold and or pick up requests), our company is no longer able to guarantee delivery and is not responsible for lost packages. We can only guarantee delivery of orders purchased through our company and shipped to the address which was originally provided at purchase. If any modifications are made by the customer on their own accord during the shipment process we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays or lost packages.

Warranty Scope
- Motor: A one - year free warranty service is provided from the date of purchase. During the free - warranty period, if the motor malfunctions due to material or workmanship defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge. After the expiration of the free - warranty period, a two - year after - sales maintenance service will be provided. For malfunctions caused by material or workmanship defects, only the cost of spare parts will be charged; for malfunctions caused by human factors, both the cost of spare parts and reasonable maintenance labor costs will be charged.
- Battery: The battery comes with a one - year free warranty. Under normal usage conditions, if the battery experiences premature capacity attenuation (less than 60% of the rated capacity) or other quality problems during the free - warranty period, we will provide free repair, replacement, or corresponding compensation according to the specific situation. After the free - warranty period ends, during the two - year after - sales maintenance service period, for quality - related problems, the cost of spare parts will be charged; for damages caused by human factors, both the cost of spare parts and maintenance labor costs will be charged.
- Display (Meter): The meter enjoys a one - year free warranty. If the meter shows abnormal display, malfunctions, or other quality - related problems during the free - warranty period, we will be responsible for free repair or replacement. During the subsequent two - year after - sales maintenance service, for repairs due to quality problems, the cost of spare parts will be charged; for malfunctions caused by human reasons, both the cost of spare parts and maintenance labor costs will be charged.
- Other Accessories (This includes brake levers or brake sensors, thumb throttle, speed sensors, chainrings, cranks, 1T4 wires, etc.): with a 6 - month warranty service. During the warranty period, if these accessories malfunction due to material or workmanship defects, we will repair or replace them free of charge. However, damages caused by non - quality reasons such as human usage habits are not covered by the free warranty, but we can provide paid maintenance services.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty service is only applicable to e - bike conversion kits purchased from our independent website.
Customers are required to provide valid purchase vouchers, such as order screenshots, invoices, etc.
The product must malfunction under normal usage and maintenance conditions. Damages caused by human factors such as improper use, abuse, unauthorized modification, and accidents are not within the scope of free maintenance even during the free - warranty period, but paid maintenance can be carried out according to the after - sales maintenance service standards.
10-Day No-Reason Return Policy
Within 10 days from the date when the customer receives the product, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, they can enjoy the no - reason return service.
The returned product must be in brand - new condition, without any signs of use, damage, or disassembly, and the original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, etc. must be complete.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
