GLOBAL WARRANTY POLICY
At Accolmile, our first guiding principle is “The Customer Is The Friend”. Our priority is to provide the most innovative bike products to riders who like Accolmile and to stand behind the products we sell. Therefore, we are pleased to offer one of the most professional and best-suited warranty policies for Accolmile customers in the industry. This is also very simple:
- Accolmile-branded frames - 2 years
- Motors & Drive systems components on e-bikes - 1 year
- Other Accessories - 6 months
Accolmile Warranty FAQs
How do I submit a warranty claim to Accolmile?
If you purchased a product on the platform, please contact your authorized Accolmile retailer, and they will assist you throughout the entire process. If you purchased a product on accolmile.com, please contact service@accolmile.com directly.
What documents do I need to support my warranty claim?
First, you will need to provide the authorized Accolmile retailer with the components you want to have repaired and the original purchase receipt. For products purchased on accolmile.com, please provide the components you want to have repaired and the original purchase receipt to service@accolmile.com.
What situations are not covered by the warranty?
Replacement of wear and tear parts, damage due to collision or other accidents, and damage caused by misuse or corrosion are not covered by the warranty. Please refer to the complete warranty policy for a more detailed list.
I do not meet the warranty conditions. Is there a program to assist me?
Yes, we offer an assistance replacement program that provides discounted pricing for riders who do not meet the warranty conditions. For more detailed information about the terms and eligibility, please contact service@accolmile.com.
I have warranty issues unrelated to Accolmile components on my Accolmile bicycle. What should I do?
“Third-party” components (such as Shimano) are serviced directly by the manufacturer. Independent warranty information for these components should have been included when you purchased the bicycle. Alternatively, provide the components you want to have repaired and the original purchase receipt to service@accolmile.com.
Product Assistance Replacement
How do I submit a warranty claim to Accolmile?
In addition to our limited warranty, many Accolmile brand products are also covered by our product assistance replacement policy. If you damage an eligible product while riding, and it is not within the warranty coverage, we will provide a replacement or repair at a discounted price.
*The assistance replacement policy applies to Accolmile brand products. It typically does not apply to third-party components on your bicycle. If the retailer has their own program available, please consult your retailer (if we can provide the corresponding accessories, we are willing to offer them to customers).
**Suspension forks are not included. Suspension components are also not considered part of the frame or frame set.

- No-Branded or third-party parts such as Fork, Shock, Drivetrain parts, Gearsets, Chains, Derailleurs, Brakes - 2 years
- Motors & Drive systems components on e-bikes such as Drive Kit, Batteries, Displays - 2 years
- Other Accessories - 1 year
Important Terms Of The Assistance Replacement Policy
In all cases, this policy applies only to damage that occurs during riding and does not cover cosmetic damage.
To avail of this policy, you must contact Accolmile Service or its retailer in advance. Depending on the extent of damage, we will determine whether to replace or repair the product. The cost of replacement or repair will depend on your location, the type of product, and how long you have owned the product. Your retailer will provide detailed information. A valid original purchase receipt is required (this also applies to subsequent owners). We do not keep stock indefinitely. If your product needs replacement and we no longer have the parts in stock, we will try our best to find the most similar product currently available.
Costs are usually determined through communication, and your Accolmile or its retailer may charge you for labor or administrative costs.
The coverage period is based on the original product’s purchase date. The period does not restart when a product is replaced.
We are committed to supporting our products and ensuring your complete satisfaction, but we reserve the right to deny coverage if we believe the policy is being abused.

Who is eligible for assistance replacement?
Both the original purchaser and subsequent owners are eligible for assistance replacement as long as they provide a valid original purchase receipt.
What is considered a valid purchase receipt?
A valid purchase receipt includes the original order number, purchase channel, or the original receipt.
I damaged the bicycle frame in an accident. Can I get a discount?
Yes, you can get a discount if you meet the ownership mentioned above and have a valid original purchase receipt.
Are drivetrain components such as gearsets, chains, derailleurs, or brakes included?
For third-party products that come as original equipment on Accolmile bicycles, we are willing to assist with replacement as much as possible if your product needs replacement. If we no longer have stock, we will do our best to find the most similar product currently available.
What if I encounter a product issue not listed in the document?
Products not explicitly listed in the document do not meet the criteria for assistance replacement. If you have any questions, please contact Accolmile Service.
