Varstrom Delivery Time
Once we receive order, we will process the ordered and send the products to the customer from the nearest warehouse in 24 hours. Depending on the distance of the region from the shipping warehouse, the express time may take 6 to 8 days. The following table shows 95% of our order delivery schedule for reference.

Shipping Tracking
Once the product is shipped from the warehouse, the system will automatically send a tracking number to customer, you can use it to check where is the package. If customers cannot find their tracking number, please find us through the contact information and we will help you find where the products are.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our motor kits and batteries require signature confirmation for delivery. If delivery is refused, shipping costs are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted (this will be withheld from any refund).
For returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns of products over $50, we recommend that you use shipping service can be tracked or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We can only guarantee delivery of purchases when there are no changes or modifications during shipment. Any purchases made from our company in which a customer decides on their own accord to make any modifications directly with the shipping company (FedEx or USPS) during shipment (including but not limited to; delivery address changes, hold and or pick up requests), our company is no longer able to guarantee delivery and is not responsible for lost packages. We can only guarantee delivery of orders purchased through our company and shipped to the address which was originally provided at purchase. If any modifications are made by the customer on their own accord during the shipment process we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays or lost packages.

2026 VARSTROM eMTB
In 2025, VARSTROM launched its first bicycle. As our debut model, we didn't accurately forecast inventory needs, and the product sold out within four months of release. Throughout the winter, some customers continued to reach out, asking when the new bike would be available. We told them it would likely be in the spring of 2026. And so, this April, we are excited to introduce the upgraded Cola Bear 2.0.
Whole BAFANG MM G340.750.C System
On the 2026 Cola Bear, we've introduced a functional upgrade. To enhance system capabilities, the new Cola Bear features VARSTROM's best-selling BAFANG motor (MM G340.750.C), a BAFANG display (DP C080), and BAFANG battery (with CAN-bus). This system offers cells group status on the display, it also improved support for the BAFANG Go APP, where you can customize power for each pedal assistance level.
Note: power customize works for the PAS mode. Throttle mode will maintain default power output (we can limit speed for throttle mode).
60/150 KM Mileage
Range is crucial for a muli-function e-bike. We interviewed several customers about their confidence in the Cola Bear 2.0's 150 km range, and they all agreed that 150 km represents the maximum distance the Cola Bear 2.0 can achieve. However, one customer from France, who primarily rides in PAS ECO or Tour, reported achieving significantly more than 150 km on a single charge. He think the Cola Bear can go for 200KM
DP C080 - 6+1 Riding Modes
Walk, ECO, TOUR, SPORT, SPORT+, BOOST. You can switch between assist modes anytime based on your riding scenario. The BAFANG DP C080's capabilities extend far beyond the display itself. When it connects to the BAFANG Go App via Bluetooth, and if you navigate there, the DP C080 can display turn-by-turn directions for your ride.
More Battery Details - Cells Group Status
On long-distance rides, anticipating potential issues with your e-bike can help you avoid unnecessary stops. Thanks to the integrated communication module inside the battery, real-time status information from the Cola Bear 2.0's cell pack is transmitted back to the DP C080. If any battery issues arise, you can detect them before the motor cuts out—giving you the chance to address the problem proactively.
BAFANG Go
As we mentioned at the beginning, customers can now customize the power distribution for each pedal assist level through the BAFANG Go App—allowing you to perfectly tailor the riding experience to your needs. The most efficient power distribution can significantly extend your range. Many customers want to ride with less effort, enabling them to go further without feeling like they're simply "driving" a bike. This is precisely why they choose an e-bike over a motorcycle or a traditional bicycle.
