Varstrom Delivery Time
Once we receive order, we will process the ordered and send the products to the customer from the nearest warehouse in 24 hours. Depending on the distance of the region from the shipping warehouse, the express time may take 6 to 8 days. The following table shows 95% of our order delivery schedule for reference.

Shipping Tracking
Once the product is shipped from the warehouse, the system will automatically send a tracking number to customer, you can use it to check where is the package. If customers cannot find their tracking number, please find us through the contact information and we will help you find where the products are.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our motor kits and batteries require signature confirmation for delivery. If delivery is refused, shipping costs are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted (this will be withheld from any refund).
For returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns of products over $50, we recommend that you use shipping service can be tracked or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We can only guarantee delivery of purchases when there are no changes or modifications during shipment. Any purchases made from our company in which a customer decides on their own accord to make any modifications directly with the shipping company (FedEx or USPS) during shipment (including but not limited to; delivery address changes, hold and or pick up requests), our company is no longer able to guarantee delivery and is not responsible for lost packages. We can only guarantee delivery of orders purchased through our company and shipped to the address which was originally provided at purchase. If any modifications are made by the customer on their own accord during the shipment process we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays or lost packages.

Why is TONGSHENG Mid Drive?
Torque Sensing
The TSDZ8 mid-drive motor offers several advantages over the Bafang BBS02 that appeal to electric bike enthusiasts seeking a more natural riding experience and customization options. One of the primary advantages is its torque sensing capability, which allows the motor to not only detect pedaling but also gauge the rider's effort and adjust power output accordingly. This feature provides a more intuitive and responsive ride compared to the constant power delivery of Bafang motors.
Lightweight () for eMTB
Additionally, the TSDZ8 is lighter than the BBS02B, making it a preferred choice for those aiming to maintain a lightweight bike after conversion. Moreover, the TSDZ8 is available in a coaster brake version, making it compatible with coaster brake bikes, which other mid-drive or rear hub motors cannot accommodate. This expands the range of bike options for electric conversion, enhancing the potential for enjoyable rides.
Open Source Firmware (OSF)
A lesser-known advantage of the TSDZ8 is its compatibility with Open Source Firmware (OSF), developed in collaboration with European engineers. OSF allows users to replace the factory firmware and customize motor response extensively, catering to different bikes and riding styles. BBS Measurement
The TSE (TONGSHENG) motors are designed to fit into bottom brackets following the JIS or similar standards such as ISO/English, BSA (British), or threaded types commonly found in the US. These motors have a bottom bracket shaft diameter of 33.5 mm and are available in widths of 68 mm, 73 mm.
HAILONG Downtube Battery
Smaller battery can be better used in the smaller bike frame. All battery comes with the upgraded 30A BMS for multiple protection. The 4A fast charger save half charging time.
HAILONG G80
Larger downtube battery extend range and also reduce charging times, extend battery life in other word. If your bike frame is large enough to accommodate a larger battery, we highly recommend the Hailong G80.
Rear Rack & Battery
It comes with a red LED tailight, our tailight is the option if you can not find a battery that fits to your frame or you want to get a second battery to very extend the range of your e-bike.
